Customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do, and we strive to ensure that every order meets our high standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, we will gladly provide a replacement under the following conditions:
✅ The flowers arrived damaged or wilted.
✅ The wrong item was delivered.
✅ The order was not delivered on the scheduled date due to an error on our part.

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with a clear photo of the product and your order details.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
✅ The order was not delivered due to our mistake or unavailability of the product.
✅ The flowers arrived in an unusable condition, and a replacement is not possible.
✅ The cancellation request was made before the order was prepared or dispatched.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery. Orders that have already been prepared or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.
